Refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 7 of the 26 lessons. Pillar One (The Case) contains 7 lessons, so this is equivalent to not having finished the first pillar. Completion is measured by the lesson-completion record on your account.
After that. Once you pass day 7, or mark a 7th lesson complete, whichever comes first, the sale is final.
Effect of a refund. A refund immediately ends your access to the course, the worksheets, the templates, and any bonuses or community access included with the purchase.
Application only · Includes the full Raise Academy curriculum
Refund window. Fully refundable at any point before your first coaching call takes place. Once the first call has happened, the engagement is non-refundable.
Course access. A refund issued before your first call also ends access to the Raise Academy curriculum included with the engagement.
Missed and rescheduled calls. A call missed without at least 24 hours' notice counts as used. Calls may be rescheduled within the engagement window, but rescheduling does not extend that window.
Transfers. You may transfer your seat to a co-founder once, at any point before your first call.
Payment plans. The refund window is identical whether you pay in full or on a plan. If you are on a payment plan and cancel after your first call, the remaining installments remain owed.
Recurring subscription
Cancel at any time. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Partial months are not prorated and past billing periods are not refunded.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5 to 10 days to show the credit.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly. Where a dispute is filed, we respond with our purchase, access, and attendance records. If a payment is reversed, access to the related products and services ends at the point of reversal.
No refund is available where access has been removed for breach of the Community Guidelines, for standalone bonus materials, or outside the windows set out above.

Mandatory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund right you have under the consumer law of your country or state. Where local law grants you a longer or broader right than the terms above, that law applies.
Changes. We may update this policy. Changes apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the revised version.
